A Hard Day’s Night, United Artists, UAL 3366, Mono, 6/26/64. ULTRA-RARE PROMOTIONAL “NOT FOR SALE” SOUNDTRACK ALBUM.
Black print on stark white labels. Phrase “NOT FOR SALE” appears below the records number to the right of the center hole. Pressing west coast H.V.WADDELL variation (as opposed to the columbia pressing), identified by the indented circular groove found 1 1/4″ from the center of the spindle hole. Record is extremely rare for less than 500 copies of this promotional soundtrack album were pressed and distributed only to selected radio stations. Original accompanying mono cover is correct variation, which is the first issue back cover containing the “3 LINE PUBLISHING CREDITS”. Original United Artists inner sleeve is also included.
