Do You Want To Know A Secret / Thank You Girl, Vee-Jay VJ-587. March 23, 1964. The promotion copies have blue bracket logos and the words “Promotional Copy” in blue below the logos on the left and right sides of the center hole and black print above and below the center hole. There are two variations:

1. Label has the A side title on three lines, B side title on two lines, thick print. The trail off area to the A side has initials “URJ”, a hand etched circled “R” and the machine stamped MR logo. Record manufactured by Monarch Records.

2. Label has the A side title on two lines, B side on one line, thin print. The trail off area to the A and B sides has initials “URJ” and a hand etched master numbers, as well as the Audio Matrix and ARP logos. This record was manufactured by ARP.
