1. First pressing, January 5, 1962. Original Polydor company orange sleeves have “MADE IN ENGLAND” text on the back side.


The first UK pressings have orange “scroll” (white-orange Polydor banner) labels with wide bold print and with “broad” (long) artist name. “Made In England” & “Recording first published 1961″ texts on the labels. The label lists the artists as “Tony Sheridan & The Beatles”. “Mfd. By Deutsche Gramophone (Great Britain) Ltd” rim print. Matrix numbers: Side One: NH66833-A1; Side Two: NH66833-B1.


2. Second pressing, May 25, 1963. Orange “scroll” (white-orange Polydor banner) labels with wide thin print and with “narrow” (short) artist name. “Made In England” & “Recording first published 1961″ texts on the labels. The label lists the artists as “Tony Sheridan & The Beatles”. “Mfd. By Deutsche Gramophone (Great Britain) Ltd” rim print. Matrix numbers: Side One: NH66833-A1; Side Two: NH66833-B1.
