1. First pressing, July 23, 1965. The records were housed in the Type 5 company sleeves. Black label with silver print. The publishing year was printed on the label, as “(p) 1965”. The beginning of the perimeter print was written “PARLOPHONE CO. LTD” and “SOLD IN U.K. SUBJECT TO RESALE PRICE CONDITIONS, SEE PRICE LISTS” text. Tax code KT. 2. Second pressing, summer 1965 – early 1966. Black label with silver print. The publishing year was printed on the label, as “(p) 1965″. The beginning of the perimeter print was written “GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD” and “SOLD IN U.K. SUBJECT TO RESALE PRICE CONDITIONS, SEE PRICE LISTS” text. 3. Third pressing, early 1969. Black label with silver print. The publishing year was printed on the label, as “(p) 1965”. The beginning of the perimeter print was erroneous written “PARLOPHONE CO. LTD” and with “SOLD IN U.K. SUBJECT TO RESALE PRICE CONDITIONS, SEE PRICE LISTS” text. Solid center only. Matrix numbers: Side A: 7XCE 18280-2; Side B: 7XCE 18281-2.

4. Fourth pressing, 1969 – 1971. Black label with silver print. The publishing year was printed on the label, as “(p) 1965″. The beginning of the perimeter print was written “PARLOPHONE CO. LTD” It is not known why EMI used “PARLOPHONE” perimeter print label backdrops for this later pressing. Most likely it was a mistake. Matrix numbers: Side A: 7XCE 18280-2; Side B: 7XCE 18281-2.

5. Fifth pressing, March 6, 1976. From “The Beatles Singles Collection 1962-1970″ box set (BS-24). These pressings have original top-opening sleeve with green front and pictures back.

Black label with silver EMI logo and silver print. “THE EMI RECORDS LTD” printed at the start perimeter print and “MADE IN GT BRITAIN” printed at the end of the perimeter print. The publishing year was printed on the label, as “(p) 1965″. Matrix numbers: Side A: 7XCE 18280-2; Side B: 7XCE 18281-2.

6. Sixth pressing, December 6, 1982. From “The Beatles Singles Collection” blue box set (BSCP-1). These pressings have original top-opening pictures sleeve.
